Photos: Foxes in Upper Nyack

Squirrels are nothing new to Nyackers, but what about foxes?

Local photogapher Bill Blades shares some recent shots he took of the critters slinking through backyards in Upper Nyack near 9W.

"Since [Oak Hill] cemetery cleared all that land by the hospital, there's been a spike in wildlife crossing on Rt. 9W," Blades said. "Foxes have a giant territory, [but] it's getting smaller, unfortunately."
