Piermont Police pulled over David Torres, 46, of Nanuet for traffic violations earlier this week.  They arrested Torres after a records check showed that he was driving with an expired New Jersey license and his New York driver's license had been suspended because he failed to pay child support.  Torres is due back in justice court Feb. 27.
