Piermont Police stopped Terrance O'Neill, 62, of Tappan for traffic violations Monday at approximately 2:27 p.m. After investigation, he was charged with Aggravated DWI, meaning his BAC was 0.18 or above. He was released on $250 bail. Piermont Police also stopped Scott Gasko, 37, of Piermont Nov. 28 and found that he had a suspended license for failing to obey a summons.
