Developed by Joe Lagana of Montclare Apts LLC, the $8 million project for the 0.80-acre property broke ground in 2021 to transform the former auto dealership into luxury apartments, according to the Rockland County Business Journal. This has been a long time coming since Lagana initially entered into a contract to buy the property in 2014, according to the Nyack Free Press.

“This exceptional development sets a new standard for luxurious living in our vibrant community,” said Jeanne Shields, branch manager at Howard Hanna | Rand Realty in Nyack. “We are excited to showcase the Montclare and offer residents an unparalleled experience of comfort, elegance, and convenience.
