Rockland homes selling faster than before
A look at how single-family homes, condos and co-ops sold in Rockland County last year compared to the year prior.
Looking to buy or sell? Here's a glance at the Rockland County real estate market by the numbers. Homes are selling for more and aren't sticking around for long.
Single-family homes jumped up by 6% in average sold price last year compared to 2021. Also, a single-family home stayed on the market for 37 days before closing last year, which was 22% less than the year prior.
Inventory is lower too with 2538 new single-family listings in 2022, down 14% from 2021. Check out the bar charts for a breakdown of more real estate stats.
