West Nyack Resident Graduates from Emerson College
Samantha Weisberg graduated Sunday, May 8 with a B.S. in theatre education.

On Sunday, May 8, Samantha Weisberg of West Nyack, N.Y. graduated from Emerson College. Weisberg earned a B.A. in theatre education.
At Emerson's 136th Commencement ceremony, approximately 970 bachelor's degrees were conferred during the undergraduate exercises, and more than 350 master's degrees were conferred during the graduate exercises.

Acclaimed novelist Alice Sebold, accomplished investigative reporter Juan Gonzalez and celebrated poet and essayist Danielle Legros Georges (1986) each received an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree. Sebold gave the undergraduate address, and Legros Georges gave the graduate address.
