Accused Ossining Drug Dealer Sentenced in Irvington Case
The 25-year-old defendant faced multiple controlled substance and and other charges across multiple jurisdictions.

An Ossining man arrested following a drug-dealing investigation last month has 25 charges across four Westchester County municipalities, according to jail records.
Norman J. Sanchez was arrested February 1 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
He has been incarcerated since the arrest with bail set at $10,000.

Police reportedly found multiple illegal substances, including marijuana, mushrooms and MDMA in Sanchez's home. They also specified that marijuana plants were growing in the residence.
Sanchez most recently appeared in Briarcliff Manor Court Wednesday, where he faces DWI and unlicensed operation charges stemming from an Aug. 11, 2012 arrest.

Jail records indicate he also faces Resisting Arrest, probation, marijuana and other drug-related charges in Sleepy Hollow, Irvington and the Town of Ossining. He is also faced with Assault in the Third Degree in Ossining, along with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree. He is also charged with Resisting Arrest in Irvington.
During his Briarcliff Manor Court appearance Wednesday, Village Justice Fred D. Weinstein said a future disposition in Ossining may include a sentence that will run concurrent with a Briarcliff Manor sentence.
Sanchez indicated he had recently been sentenced to eight months incarceration in the Irvington matters, a sentence that may run concurrent with a future Sleepy Hollow sentnece.
He is next due to appear in Briarcliff Manor Court on April 10.
