Albert Forsyth, 75, Longtime Ossining Resident

Visitation will be on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Coffey Funeral Home where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.

Albert Forsyth, a longtime resident of Ossining died December 30, 2012 at the age of 75. Albert was born in the Bronx on January 28, 1937 to Edward and Ellen Newmann Phelan. He served honorably in the United States Army.

One of his greatest pleasures was spending time on his boat in the Hudson River. He was a member of the Westerly Marina in Ossining.

Albert is survived by his daughter Leigh (John) Barbelet of Montrose and his son Christian (Jen) Forsyth of CT. He is also survived by his granddaughters Thea and Emma Barbelet and Sienna Forsyth as well as his sister Ethel (Doug) Reynolds. He was predeceased by his brother William and sister Ellen.
