Public Hearing on Proposed Budget for the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year 2. Work Session to discuss draft Negative Declaration, WAC referral resolution, and Public Hearing resolution regarding proposed Local Law No.3 of the Year 2010 (October 2011 version) which provides for Harmon/South Riverside Gateway Zoning district expansion, and amendment of zoning regulations regarding district and related regulations.
