Croton Career Change: From TV Producer to Pie Maker

Croton-on-Hudson resident Dave Tuttle is trailblazing—starting a new pie making business in the village we love.

If you're looking to eat one of the most amazing pies you'll find in the Hudson Valley then look no further than Croton-on-Hudson's Tuttle's Homemade. You can get Croton native Dave Tuttle's delectable baked dish at and at the Peekskill Farmers Market, which runs every Saturday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m.

After gettting laid off from his TV producer job back in 2008, Tuttle turned to pie making. Now, his pies are getting rave review from the New York Times and he is even thinking about opening a shop here in Croton.
