Greenburgh Task Force Charges Ossining Man with Felony Pot Sale

Tarrytown police report several recent drug-related arrests, including one man from Ossining on a felony sale charge.

The Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force arrested two men on July 19 at 10:05 p.m. in the Walgreens parking lot. 

One man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was processed and released with a court date.

The second man, Brandon J. Adames, 19, of Ossining, was charged with criminal sale of marijuana in the second degree, a class D felony. Adames was held until his arraignment in the morning when he was released on $500 bail.

The Task Force arrested a man at the Tarrytown Metro-North station on a charge of criminal possession of controlled substance in the seventh, a misdemeanor. 

The Bronx man, found with a small amount of suboxone on July 18 at 6:26 p.m. was charged and released with a return court date, Tarrytown police said.
