In 2014: Track Progress of 'Foss' Tugs Towing Giant Crane to Hudson

1) Happy New Year! You can enjoy a respite from Tappan Zee bridge building activities today and if you have some free time in the coming months you can track the (slow) progress of the famous floating crane, the Left Coast Lifter.
