Commuters are able to watch a few seconds of the construction going on now on North Highland Avenue.

Huge holes, huge piles of dirt—it's changing every day as a fleet of construction equipment—primarily cranes, bulldozers and hydraulic hammers—transforms the old office park.

In the next two years, luxury apartments will take the place of the old Mearl/Engelhart/BASF office-and-labs.
