Croton-on-Hudson Police made a driving-while-intoxicated arrest after a one-car accident on Route 9 in the area of the pedestrian overpass.
Det. Paul Camillieri said the accident occurred at 1:41 a.m. on Dec. 14 on Route 9 North.
The driver was a 36-year-old man from Peekskill, who was taken into headquarters and booked for DWI.
He was taken to Westchester County Jail in lieu of posting $500 bail.
