Ossining Police Charge 17-Year-Old with Felony Assault

Police say they saw a man hit someone in the face, breaking bones, and arrested him on the spot.

A man observed by cops hitting another man in the face was arrested on the spot, Lt. William Sullivan said. 

Shaquan Dixon, 17, of North Malcolm Street, Ossining, was charged with second degree assault, a felony, after police said they observed the incident incident on Nov. 8 at 9:20 p.m near the beginning of Croton Avenue.

Police saw the man strike another man in the face, resulting in broken bones in the man's face.
