Village of Ossining Police charged a 20-year-old local man with two misdemeanor DWI charges after finding him asleep in his car downtown.
Lt. William Sullivan said the man was found on Monday, July 22 at 12:50 a.m., "slumped over the wheel, asleep in his car" at Spring and Main streets.
He was charged with DWI and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated after his blood alcohol count was determined to be .26.
The man was arraigned in Town of Ossining court and released on bail.
