_Croton Academy of the Arts presents "The Gift of the Magi," a heartwarming romantic tale narrated by carolers.

_The Croton Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce their "Holiday Candy Cane Run." This Sunday, with a rain/snow date of Sunday, Dec. 22nd. "For those of you who may not know what this event is, the members of the CFD bring Santa Claus around many neighborhoods and shopping centers in the Village & Mount Airy/Quaker Bridge Areas aboard our fire engines. Santa and his helpers, the proud men and women of the CFD, pass out candy canes and spread good holiday cheer to all involved. Santa and his elves will even pose for pictures with anyone that is interested. Due to safety concerns, we ask that all those who wish to see Santa please be at the location of their choice approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time, which is listed above.
