Snow Accumulation Predictions Rise

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning of heavy snow on Saturday into Sunday mixed with freezing rain. 

Accumulation of 6-10 inches is predicted, with up to a quarter-inch of ice to top it off. 

A Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow means severe weather conditions are expected, and significant amounts of snow will make travel dangerous. 

The NWS says don't travel unless it's an emergency and if you must travel, have an extra flashlight, water and food in your car.
