What Should be in the Bank Building?

Ossining's historic downtown has a small number of empty storefronts left. One of them is the lower level of the Ossining Trust Bank building. Two years ago, the upper levels were converted into condos, but the lower level remains vacant. At one point, the lower level was supposed to be a restaurant, but due to the economic downturn no business came in to set up shop there.
