Susan has been in business for just over a year. This morning she told Patch why she decided to open up her shop. "I've been baking my whole life. I was doing this as almost a hobby when I was home with my kids. And then it got to be the time to go back to work, and this was the perfect fit," said O'Keefe.

O'Keefe says she has got an amazing reception from people in the Croton area, and that people here are very happy to have a new bakery in Croton.
