Move with ease, breathe with purpose, and discover why Tai Chi is often called “meditation in motion.”
Join us for a four-week beginner-friendly series at the Brookhaven Free Library where you’ll learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi through gentle, flowing movement.
Each week introduces new postures from the Yang style short form, along with simple principles that improve balance, posture, and body awareness. Classes are taught in plain language—no mystical jargon—so you can feel confident and comfortable from day one.
Whether you’re looking to build strength, reduce stress, or just try something new, this class will leave you feeling centered and refreshed. No experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in.
