Felony Drug Charges for Duo After Warrant Executed at LI Home
Investigators seized heroin, cocaine and marijuana Friday afternoon, police say.

EAST PATCHOGUE, NY – Two people were arrested on felony drug charges after police executed a search warrant at a Long Island home Friday afternoon.
According to Suffolk Police, following an investigation, Seventh and Fifth Precinct Special Operation Teams, Emergency Service Section officers, and Seventh Precinct Gang Unit / Crime Section Unit officers executed a search warrant at 1322 Montauk Highway in East Patchogue at 4:27 p.m.
Investigators seized heroin, cocaine, marijuana, a Kilo Press, two scales, 11 phones, a laptop, a file cabinet, a motor vehicle and $1,919, police said.

Two men residing at the location were arrested. Victor Nicholas, 30, and Hahshim Saunders, 27, were both charged with first degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth degree criminal possession of marijuana.
They were both held overnight at the Seventh Precinct and are scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip Saturday.
