Building of the roof for the New Village Patchogue development has recently started and is visible closer to the Lake Street side. The photos in the media gallery were taken inside of the Lake Street parking lot.
Patch will be regularly taking updated photos from the demolition and construction of Tritec Real Estate Company's $100 million New Village plan that is set to bring 291 apartments, 46,000 square feet of retail space and 18,000 square feet of office space at the Four Corners intersection in Patchogue Village.
