  1. Roast Coffee & Tea Trading Company in Patchogue is closing down after over a decade of serving the community. Evan and Bill Clossen opened the shop in 2010 and announced the shop will be closed at the end of the month. A thank you message was shared by owners for all customers and friends who supported the business over the past decade. (Greater Long Island)

At least three people are without a home after an early morning fire broke out Monday at a home on Wilson Avenue at about midnight, Suffolk police said, adding that no one was injured.
