1. A LIRR train hit a van in Patchogue on March 17. The driver of the vehicle was transported to a local hospital. Police are investigating the reason the driver parked on the train tracks. Due to the accident, two eastbound trains and the westbound train were canceled. (News 12 Bronx)
2. Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts features a new edition of Jokes on Main. The comedy series will host Tri-State's funniest stand-up comedians, Tommy Gooch, Joe Larson, John Joseph, and Rodney Laney. The first night of the show will happen on Friday, April 15 at 8 p.m. (Broadway World)
