The program aims to distribute safety vests to protect pedestrians and bicyclists. Anyone who wants a vest can go to the Town Hall, Police Department, or the Community Library. (News 12 Long Island)
  2. A family from Patchogue creates a "Stomp the Stigma 5K" memorial walk/run at Shorefront Park in Patchogue to honor the life of Ellyana DeLaTorre.
