Polar Plunge Set For Super Bowl Sunday On Longs Island

It will kick off with a pre-freeze fundraiser in a heated tend with food and drinks.

PATCHOGUE, NY — The Patchogue Plunge is set for Sunday, Feb. 11, the Patchogue Young Professionals Club said.

It will kick off at 9 a.m. with a pre-freeze fundraiser in a heated tend with food and drinks at the Patchogue Beach Club at 16 Maiden Lane.

The plunge into Patchogue Bay will he held at 10 a.m.

It is $35 to plunge, $250 to sponsor the event.

The event has been organized by the Patchogue Young Professionals Club to benefit Angels of Long Island.
