From the New York State Police: On Dec. 20, the New York State Police in Cortlandt participated in an Underage Drinking Initiative Enforcement detail in Westchester County in area establishments in the Town of Cortlandt, Village of Buchanan and in the City of Peekskill. A total of 18 establishments were visited yielding no arrests.
