Buchanan Resident Charged with Aggravated DWI

On Dec. 6 at 12:15 p.m. Buchanan resident Sebastian C. Vitolo, 33, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated by the New York State police. Vitolo collided with another vehicle stopped at a traffic light on Route 9A. The officer who interviewed him reported that Vitolo’s eyes were watery and an odor of alcohol was emanating from his breath. He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Cortlandt on Dec. 12 at 9 a.m.
