Admission:&nbsp;$5/adult (HSRC Members are $FREE)
The winter season through most of 18th and 19th centuries in Rockland County began with the holidays of Christmas and New Year’s. These holidays had both secular and religious significance for county residents. Between them they created a holiday week during which the regular routine of farm chores was enlivened by special foods and festivities. In the 49th Annual Holiday Exhibition, "Holidays on the Farm," we explore our county's rich agricultural heritage, highlighting unique features of the holiday season.

Join us at a special work session to plan for 2026 priorities!
We will be discussing goals and strategies for 2026 around the long-awaited County Waste Reduction Study from DEF and the long-expired Title V Air Permit from DEC.
We are in need of folks willing to be local points of contact with municipal governments throughout the county. If you are interested in helping share our goals for next year or looking for ways to bring Zero Waste to your community this is the meeting for you!
Our Zero Waste Task Force meetings are now held on the third Wednesday of the month (formerly on the second Wednesday).
