Coat Drives, Free Memory Screening, Green Drinks
Here are five things you need to know today, Nov. 15.

1.   Food Drives and Coat Drives for Veterans
Drop off coats for veterans at the Town of Cortlandt Town Hall or Peekskill’s City Hall. Drop off donations to food drives in Peekskill City Hall. Are you holding a food drive? Tell us about it in the comments below and announce it on the site!
2.   Caring for the Homeless of Peekskill (CHOP) Seeks Holiday donations
CHOP is also holding a food drive for Fred’s Pantry. You can drop off non-perishable food donations at Jan Peek House, 200 N. Water Street, Peekskill. These items will be distributed at Fred's Pantry.

3. Peekskill School Board
The Peekskill School Board will meet at 7 p.m. and make a final decision on the open/closed campus policy. Check back with Patch tomorrow for more.
4.   Free Memory Screening at the Fieldhome
The Alzheimer's Foundation of America's National Memory Screening Day
 is today so The Seabury at Fieldhome at 2276 Catherine Street in Cortlandt Manor is providing free, confidential memory screenings from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

5.   Green Drinks Westchester in Croton
Tara Colavecchio of the Dragonfly Hair Studio and Lisa Moir of The Blue Pig Ice Cream Store are co-hosting a Green Drinks Westchester meeting at the Dragonfly Hair Studio in Croton tonight.
