2. Clothing Swap Not Just for Ladies

The original hosted by the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce, is now open to all genders! Due to an incredible amount of donations of men, women and children’s clothing, the Chamber has extended its invite to the Ladie’s Night to everyone.

The event will be held at Tin Peekskill and there is a $20 entry fee. Each visitor will receive a large shopping bag to fill up with his or her found treasures. Wine and hors d’ouevres will also be served.

3. Dylan’s Wine Cellar Wine Dinner at Peekskill Brewery

Dylan's Wine Cellar, Metrowine Distribution Co., Inc. and Moshin Vineyards will be hosting their wine dinner at the Peekskill Brewery tonight. The $65 dinner will include a five-course meal paired with Moshin Vineyards wine. Read more here.

4. Cortlandt to Launch Facebook Page

The Town of Cortlandt will launch it’s Facebook page on July 1, Town Supervisor Linda Puglisi announced at last night’s Town Board meeting. “Please like us” she told the public. “This is another way to disseminate information to the community, faster, and easily,” Puglisi said.

5. Festa Italiana Seeking Nominations for Honorary Italian

Nominees must be of Italian Descent, live or at one time have lived in Peekskill, have done something significant in Peekskill. Mail your nomination to teresa@chang-mowen.com. By July 15.
