If you signed your kids up for the winter break in Buchanan, they start today at Trinity Boscobel United Methodist Church from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

3.  Waterbury Parkway Closed

The Town of Cortlandt announced that the southern end of Waterbury parkway to Eton Downs Road at the oval will be closed to through traffic due to construction for a failed storm drain today.

The Peekskill high school students’ band Bakklash with Paulie & Manny will play at 12 Grapes at 7:30 p.m.

5.  Happy Birthday to Us! Have a Drink (of coffee) with me to Celebrate

Today is Peekskill-Cortlandt Patch's first birthday. It has been a pleasure getting to know many of you and becoming a part of the local community. While you definitely kept us busy, we are happy to be working in such a vibrant area with many passionate people. Read about some of my favorite highlights of the year here.
