Early Morning Fire Tears Through Former White Plains Linen Building

Firefighters from Peekskill and around the area responded to the blaze.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Fire tore through the roof of a two-story commercial building in Peekskill early Tuesday morning.

The blaze began around 1 a.m. in the former White Plains Linen building in Peekskill's downtown, the Journal News reported.
