Indian Point Sirens Test; School Budgets Approved; VA 2K Walk/Roll

1. Indian Point Sirens Test at 11 a.m.

The nuclear power plant will conduct a test of the emergency sirens tomorrow morning.

The sirens will sound for about four minutes sometime between 10:30 and 11 a.m.

4. VA 2K Walk and Roll

Employees and patients at the Montrose Veterans Affairs hospital will participate in the VA’s 2k Walk/Roll to benefit homeless veterans today. Read more

5. Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber Clothing Swap

The will host a ladies night clothing swap at on June 11. You can start collecting gently used clothing, accessories, shoes and other items to be swapped and drop them off at the Chamber office during business hours. Read more .
