Levenberg Remains On Top In 3-Way Race For AD95 Dem Primary
With 98 of 109 districts reporting, the Ossining town supervisor is ahead of her two competitors.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Ossining town Supervisor Dana Levenberg still remains in the lead in a three-way race for the Democratic nomination for the 95th Assembly District.
As Wednesday morning, Levenberg is ahead of lifelong Peekskill resident Vanessa Agudelo and two-term Westchester County Legislator Colin Smith.
According to the state Board of Elections website, with 98 out of 109 election districts reporting, Levenberg has an unofficial total of 3,377 votes. Agudelo has an unofficial total of 2,609; Smith, 1,443.

Whoever officially wins will face Stacy Halper, a Briarcliff Manor music teacher, in November.

The 95th Assembly District is comprised of the town of Philipstown in Putnam County and the towns of Cortlandt and Ossining and the city of Peekskill in Westchester County.
