Peekskill Considers Mixed-Use Development Near Pugsley Park

If the project comes to fruition, it could have 125 apartments and 16,000 square feet of retail space.

PEEKSKILL, NY — A new mixed-use development is being considered for Peekskill, which would have up to 125 apartments and 16,000 square feet of retail.

Developer James Guerriero, principal of Cornerstone Structures, told the Peekskill Common Council that the building would be five stories transitioning to six on North Division and Howard streets near Puglsey Park, the Journal News reported.

According to the presentation, the development will also include electric car-charging stations, bicycle racks, recreation space and underground parking for residents.
