In Cortlandt, the Planning Board will hold a work session followed by a meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 2.

The agenda, which can be viewed in its entirety here, includes discussions of a site plan for 2054 East Main St. for a proposed five-story hotel and a site plan for a chemical dependency hospital at the former Hudson Institute property at 2016 Quaker Ridge.

The meeting will be held at Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady St. in Cortlandt Manor.
