Peekskill Man Charged with Vandalizing BMW
Peekskill police arrested Jose Pagan and charged him with a felony for vandalizing a 2004 BMW on March 2.
A Peekskill man was sent to Westchester County Jail without bail after he allegedly damaged a 2004 BMW earlier this month.
Police arrested Jose Pagan, 38, of Peekskill, on March 9 and charged second-degree criminal mischief, a felony, after he allegedly scratched the paint and damaged the tires to the vehicle on March 2.
Police said they arrested Pagan at about 3:30 a.m. after they noticed him leaving an establishment on North Division Street.

Pagan was arraigned and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail to reappear in court at a later date.
