Peekskill Police Reportedly Catch Peekskill Man with Stolen Car from Yonkers

The car was reported as stolen by an acquaintance of the driver.

The following information was provided by the Peekskill Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Peekskill officers working anti-crime stopped 37-year-old Peekskill man Marc Duplessy for a minor traffic violation on May 8 at 10:50 p.m. on the 300 block of Ringgold Street. Police learned the vehicle had been reported as stolen out of the City of Yonkers by an acquaintance of Duplessy and took him into custody on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. They also found him to be in possession of marijuana so he was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Duplessy was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
