The New York Lottery announced Monday that Patricia Peterson of Peekskill won $25,000 on the Lottery's $100,000,000 Spectacular scratch-off game, according to a ReadMedia press release. Peterson's winning ticket was purchased at the at 1101 Main St Suite 5 in Peekskill. Congratulations Patricia!
Dave Pacchiana, the owner of Panio's, said that he has seen people win thousands at his store before. Eight years ago someone won $89,000, the biggest winner who bought tickets from Panio. Last August, someone won $10,000. If you are going to buy a lotto ticket, maybe Panio is the lucky spot.
