Firehouse, Chicken Coop Public Hearings; This Is Me Fundraiser Friday

 1.     Peekskill Public Hearings on and Zoning for Restaurants

The City of Peekskill will hold public hearings on these three issues at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall.

 2.     Cortlandt Town Board Work Session

The Town Board will meet at 7 p.m. at Town Hall for its work session. The August Town Board meeting is Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

 3.     Jim Martin Aviation Playground Grand Opening Announced

The ceremony will be held on Aug. 23 at 4 pm. at the new playground at Cortlandt Waterfront Park in Verplanck. Read more about the playground . 

 4.     This Is Me Fundraiser

The Brady sisters and Lauren Shortt will hold their This Is Me fundraiser on Friday, Aug. 17. Read the details .

 5.     Peekskill Planning Commission

The Commission meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. 

*Editor's Note: The public hearing on tattoo zoning will not be held tonight, but scheduled for some time in September. The zoning public hearing to be held tonight is in regard to restaurants.
