Readers Choice: What restaurant if someone else is paying?

Isn’t it nice when you can enjoy a three-course meal and a few glasses of fine wine without concern over the bill?  And isn’t it even nicer if you get to choose the restaurant where you go to do it?

Those opportunities come only once and a while for most of us and we usually are along for the ride and not the one picking the restaurant. But what if you could?
