Robbery Suspect to Appear in Peekskill Court Thursday

Toni Gallichio, 43, of Newburgh, was charged with first-degree robbery on Dec. 13.

A 43-year-old Newburgh woman is scheduled to appear in Peekskill court Thursday after she allegedly committed a knifepoint robbery on Highland Ave. on Dec. 13.

Peekskill police arrested Toni Gallichio, 43, of Newburgh, and charged her with first-degree robbery, a felony.

Gallichio allegedly stole a laptop computer and other personal items from a resident of Highland Avenue. Police arrested Gallichio after a brief investigation.

Gallichio was arraigned and remanded to Westchester County Jail without bail.
