Dance Theatre in Westchester presents the Nutcracker at the _Yorktown Stage_this weekend. Performances are Saturday, Dec. 17 at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 18 at 1 p.m. __ to buy tickets. Check back with us on Friday for a feature on a Cortlandt Manor girl who plays Clara.Â
You can also see Westchester Ballet Company’s The Nutcracker this weekend. Performances are Dec. 17 at 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.; Dec. 18 at 2 p.m. All performances are at the Westchester County Center, 198 Central Park Avenue, in White Plains.

4. First Hebrew Annual Coat Drive
The First Hebrew coat drive will be this Sunday, Dec. 18  from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. More than 500 coats, boots, scarves & gloves have been given away in the last two Coat Drives.  If you know of anyone needing a coat boots etc., please tell them.  Donations of coats, gloves, scarves, etc. will be accepted until Friday, Dec. 16 at 12 p.m. Drop them off at address is 1821 East Main Street (next to the Chase bank). Â
