Stealing from Kohls
New York State Troopers at Cortlandt arrested, Anthony Agbamu, age 23, of 36 Ogden Avenue Cortlandt Manor, NY for petty larceny. Agbamu allegedely stole $153.00 worth of merchandise from the Kohl's store in the town of Cortlandt. Agbamu was additionally charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, as he was found to be in possession of a small amount of marihuana at the time of arrest.

Agbamu was issued an appearance ticket returnable in the Cortlandt Town Court on Dec. 16 at 9 a.m.

Coke and PCP Found in Dunbar Heights Home
Isaiah Robinson, 53, of Peekskill and Phillip Tinsley, 59, of peekskill, were arrested for seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor on Nov. 12 around 1:45 a.m. in Dunbar Heights.
Officers investigating an altercation at Robinson’s apartment charged him and Tinsley after finding cocaine and PCP in plain view. The altercation, which resulted in Tinsley being transported to Hudson Valley Hospital for a minor injury, was deemed to be mutual and therefore no charges were filed. Robinson was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court and Tinsley was released on his own recognizance and is due back in Peekskill City Court on Nov. 21 at 11 a.m.

Driving Drunk at 10:30 a.m.
Rodrigo Cabrera, 27, of Peekskill was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a property damage auto accident, a violation, on Nov. 13 at 10:30 a.m. on the 1500 block of Park Street.
Cabrera was charged after becoming involved in an auto accident on the 1200 block of Main St. and attempting to leave the scene. He was followed by the driver of the vehicle he struck and then pointed out to police as they arrived to investigate. Cabrera was found to be operating with a BAC of .14%. He was additionally charged with Unlicensed Operation, Speeding, and Following a Vehicle too closely. Cabrera was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.

Violating Order of Protection
On Nov. 14 at 6:10 a.m. Stanford Beauliey, 20, was charged with second degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor, on the 200 block of Wells Street. Beauliev was charged after violating an order of protection which forbids him from being at the residence of his mother and brother. Beauliev was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court without bail.
