Toy Drives, Fundraiser at Fat Joe's, Pinups Make Debut
Five things you should know for today, Dec. 12.

1. Toys for Tots Fundraiser at Augie's
Augie's Prime Cut in Mohegan Lake is holding its annual Toys for Tots fundraiser on Wednesday, Dec. 12 from 6 p.m. to closing. Guest bartenders are Karen Russo (owner Prima Donna Hair Salon) and Antoinette De Bellis (owner De Bellios Insurance Agency).. All donations will go to Toys for Tots. All donations can be dropped off anytime during hours of operation.

The Pinups of Peekskill are having a release party for their debut calendar. Calendars are still available and can be purchased here.
3.) Fundraiser/ Open House at Fat Joe’s Deli for Direct Grace Organization

Fat Joe's Deli, located on 8 John Walsh Blvd. in Peekskill, is hosting a open house/fundraiser/ on Friday, Dec. 14 for Direct Grace, a music recording company dedicated to raising funds to help abused and exploited children across the globe. There will be reiki healing, tarot card reading, music, henna tattooing, wine tasting, food tasting and more.
4.) Gymnastics City Holds Toy Drive
Hurricane Sandy has left thousands and thousands of families homeless or displaced. The coaches and staff of Gymnastics City in Cortlandt Manor thought that this year in lieu of buying gifts for the teams and having grab bags, they can take what they would have given to each other and donate toys their Gym City Toy Drive for Hurricane Sandy Victims. 5.) Toy Drive for "Breakfast with Santa" in the Rockaways
Donate a new unwrapped toy for “Breakfast with Santa in Rockaway,” taking place on Dec.15. Toys can be for toddlers up to teenagers. Donations are being taken through Dec. 14 at Curry Honda on Route 202 in Yorktown Heights from 9 a.m. to 8p.m., Monday - Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. They can also be dropped off at the North Highlands Fire Department on Fishkill Road in Cold Spring from 8 a.m to 6 p.m. Tuesday - Friday.
