Undercover Investigation Leads to Felony Drug Charges for Peekskill Teen

Peekskill Police charged 19-year-old Masi Smith with three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, on June 8. Smith was arrested following a joint undercover investigation conducted by the Peekskill Police Narcotics Unit and the New York State Police. During the investigation, Smith allegeldy sold crack cocaine to an undercover police officer on three occasions. Smith was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
