Westchester Man Arrested For Having 'Ghost Gun': NYSP
The man is facing a felony charge of having an illegal loaded gun, police said.

CORTLANDT, NY — A Westchester County man was accued of having a ghost gun.
The New York State Police said announced Sunday Joseph A. Potente, 45, of Cortlandt, was charged Sept. 29 with second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm, a felony.
An investigation by troopers, after receiving information from the Westchester County Real Time Crime Center and the Federal Bureau of Investigation Safe Streets Task Force, discovered that Potente was in illegal possession of a fabricated 9mm pistol — or ghost gun — and ammunition.

Potente was arraigned in the Town of Cortlandt Court and send to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, $50,000 bond or $150,000 partially secure bond.
He was scheduled to reappear in court Oct. 3.
