Woman Attacks Woman in Cab; Peekskill Man, Mahopac Woman Arrested for Heroin

Physical Fight in Back of Cab
Peekskill police arrested a 23-year-old Garrison woman, Melissa Hakoun, for allegedly punching another female in the back seat of a taxicab and then struggling with police. Police were responding to a report of an altercation in the cab on Washington Street at 9 p.m. on April 25, when they allegedly saw Hakoun punch the other female.

Hakoun refused to stop fighting and fought with officers as they attempted to take her into custody for disorderly conduct, police said. After a brief struggle Hakoun was subdued and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Harassment, both violations, and Resisting Arrest, a misdemeanor. She was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
Peekskill Man Sells Heroin to Undercover Cop

Peekskill resident Elicer Olmo, 32, was arrested for allegedly selling heroin to an undercover police officer on several occasions, concluding an eight-month long investigation conducted by the City of Peekskill Police and the Westchester County District Attorney’s office. Olmo was charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and arrested on the 1200 block of Main Street on April 25 at 8:35 p.m. He is being held at the Westchester County Jail following his arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
Mahopac Woman Arrested for Heroin
Officers working Anti-Crime patrol stopped a vehicle in which 42-year-old Mahopac resident Toni Rogonia-Gallichio was a passenger and allegedly found her in possession of Heroin on April 28 at 8:10 p.m. on Decatur Street. She was charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.
